Food & POS

A café doesn't need a till, a separate online ordering page, a tablet for delivery orders and a spreadsheet holding the real menu. It needs one system where the menu exists once and everything else reads from it.

We set up point-of-sale for cafés, restaurants and takeaways so menus, orders and payments run as a single system. You buy the hardware yourself, in your own name; we configure it around how the venue actually runs.

We're Wollongong-based and work with venues across Australia. On-site installation and staff training are available and charged separately — tell us in your enquiry whether you want us in the room on opening day, and we'll price it either way.

EPOS NowPOSHospitality

Who it’s for

  • Cafés, restaurants and takeaways opening, re-fitting or changing POS
  • Venues where the online menu and the in-store menu have quietly drifted apart
  • Anyone re-keying delivery orders into the till by hand during service
  • Operators on a POS that can't talk to anything else they run
  • Venues who want the system installed and the staff trained on site, not over a video call

What’s included

EPOS Now setup

You buy the EPOS Now hardware directly, so the account and the kit are yours and there's no markup in the middle. We configure it for how the venue actually runs — tills, staff logins, printers and the flow between front and back of house.

Menu structure

Items, variants, modifiers and pricing built once and used everywhere, so a price change happens in one place rather than four.

Uber Eats and DoorDash

Delivery orders arriving in the till alongside everything else, instead of on a separate tablet somebody has to watch through a rush. Those are the two platforms we integrate.

Orders in one queue

Counter, online and delivery orders arriving in the same place, in the order they were placed, without anyone transcribing them.

Payments and reconciliation

Card and online payments settling against the same system that took the order, so takings reconcile without a spreadsheet.

On-site install and staff training

We can come to the venue, install the system and train your team on it in person. It's charged separately from the setup and quoted once we know the site and the size of the team.

Reporting

Sales by item, by period and by staff member — enough to see what's actually selling and what's just occupying the menu.

What you end up with

  • One menu to update instead of three
  • Uber Eats and DoorDash orders in the same queue as the counter
  • Takings that reconcile without a manual spreadsheet
  • Staff who were trained on the system, not handed a login
